Hello Sumit,
The AN3468 has all the required information to establish a communication with the MMA7455L thru an I2C port, however the provided code is designed to work with MC9S08QE, therefore you would need to follow a migration path so you can have the software working in the microcontroller that you're using. Unfortunately we can only help with Freescale devices.
Regarding the schematic questions, the MMA7455L does not require much external devices, you can see the functional schematic in page 3 of the application note. You already have the required hardware connected in the KIT3468MMA7455L, all what you need to do is connect the communication lines for I2C, SDA & SDL.
