We have some problem on the parts MPR121QR2. After the X-ray process, we cannot saw the parts have contain with the shape of die, but we can saw the bond wire in the parts. What is happening for this? Is it normal status?
The MPR121 is no longer manufactured and supported by NXP. As you can see in the PCN152501, Resurgent Semiconductor has received the manufacturing rights for the MPR121 and I would recommend you to reach out to their technical support:
