I am currently facing an issue with the MC33774. The MCU used is the S32K344, the TPL gateway is the MC33664, and the AFE is the MC33774. I have driven the SPI to send a wake - up message to the MC33774 through the gateway, and the MC33774 is indeed woken up, which I confirmed by measuring VDDC at 5V. However, the MC33774 does not respond to my read commands and there is no feedback frame. The SPI_RX is also rather strange. Its waveform only lags behind the SPI_TX by a few cycles, but the messages on the data lines are exactly the same. Capturing the waveform at the TPL end with an oscilloscope also shows something odd. There are no SOM (Start - of - Message) and EOM (End - of - Message). I'm not sure what is causing this. Currently, the project progress is blocked by the response of the MC33774 and cannot be advanced at all. Below are the logic pictures and oscilloscope pictures I obtained:

Dear Zyg,
are you using our Evaluation Boards for testing? If yes, please state the full product numbers of the EVBs or links to the EVBs you are using. If you are using your own design, please share your schematic with voltage levels and part values.
Have you initialized the MC33774? Please refer to the section 7.9.2 and Table 59 in the MC33774A full datasheet. Please confirm the full MC33774A part number. There are two types. For TPL and SPI interface.
With Best Regards,
Jozef
