To work with the MM9Z1J638, we recommend using CodeWarrior® for MCUs (Eclipse IDE). This version of CodeWarrior provides full support for the MM9Z1J638 device and is compatible with the RD9Z1-638-12V reference board. It includes the necessary device files, compiler support and debugging capabilities.
