I wonder why there is no datasheets of SAF85xx and SAF86xx shared.

Hi Adem,

These datasheets are classified as a Secure file requiring an NDA.

If your company has not signed the NDA with NXP yet, you can request it from:
https://www.nxp.com/support/support:SUPPORTHOME

If there is a valid NDA in place, you can download the datasheets from:
1. SAF85xx
https://www.nxp.com/products/radio-frequency/radar-transceivers-and-socs/high-performance-77ghz-rfcm...
