for ratiometric measurement, the register value is 16580, Which operation the "m%" mean?

Please give me an example of calculation,

Yes, the m% is an interesting unit. In the characteristics we use the following instead.

However, I am not sure if this makes things better to understand.

In fact the radiometric measurement is relative to VAUX/VDDC (depending on configuration).

Then it is: 3.051716 x 10^-3 / 100 * VAUX or VDDC

The 10^-3 is for the m

The % gives the / 100

Hope this makes it clear.
