Current Measurement Diagnostic Issue in MC33772B

Hi Community,

         I have been working with current measurement diagnostic in MC33772B as follows:

I  set I_MUX = 10b and Gain = 4 to diagnostic measurement chain with known VREF_DIAG reference.  MEAS_ISENSE1 | MEAS_ISENSE2  after wait for 0.86ms (SOC to conversion complete) is about [-13,18]uV, out of range [123.5, 129.5]mV. Is there any wrong?

Hi Sylvia, 

are you using our EVB? If yes, please share the full product number. If you are using your own design, please share your schematic with voltage levels and part values.
