Program cannot be found / emulator could not be found

Hi,

I keep getting the error "program cannot be found" where they mention the debug.axf file cannot be found ? What could be the possible problem?

Also , when i tried on another computer, my emulator could not be found . I've checked on the My device and printer section and realise the emulator is detected as "unknown device".
