LPC1788 CAN and UART don't works with EmWIN

I downloaded emWin library from LPCware, installed it on my board. Graphics work fine. But UART and CAN don't work with emWIN. When I exclude emWIN it start work. Does it mean that problem in linker configuration? Can somebody advise to me something about it?
