In this class, you will learn to use NXP’s FreeMASTER debug tool to aid in system development and debug. Although it is has many uses in various applications, we will demonstrate the features and use of FreeMASTER to simplify the development process with a motor control example based on our MagniV MC9S12ZVMRM microcontroller. Participants will see how useful and easy it is to use and configure so that system variables can be adjusted on the fly or watch system parameters real time.

Procedure for building and running baremetal code on Cortex-M4 and A53 using a debugger. Will discuss and demonstrate runtime communication between A53 and Cortex-M4 cores - with a discussion of options and examples.
