1.ABISTI and ABIST2 fail effect only on FSOB(by default) and not effect on RSTB. Is that right?
2. Sending LPOFF_AUTO_WU has to be done compulsorily if ABISTI fails, is it right?-If yes, how can we send this in INIT_PHASE?
3. What can be done in ABIST2 fails?
4. Is there any registers to inject the fault for self test fails (ABISTI and ABIST2)? Since these are related to voltage, how can we trigger fault for testing(is it not effect SBC)?
5.is it possible to send LPOFF_AUTO_WU during the INIT_MAIN phase? If yes, could you please let me know?
