Internal RC Oscillator of PF9453

Does the PF9453 have an internal RC Oscillator? I cannot find any information in the datasheet. However, it is stated that XTAL_IN should be tied to GND if X-tal is not used. Does that mean the external 32kHz is not required for the PMIC to function?

In the PCA9450 datasheet, the internal RC oscillator is mentioned several times, whereas the PF9453 does not mention it. Therefore, I am worried that the PMIC still works without an external 32kHz clock signal.

please see below an answer from an application engineer I have contacted. He confirmed there is no internal RC oscillator in the PF9453. 

DESCRIPTION

As you said, if XTAL is not used in design, customer can connect the XTAL_IN to GND, which is our recommended.  For this feature, it is only a 32k Osc driver in the PF9453. PF9453 will not use this 32k for internal use. For the RC, PF9453 don't have internal RC to generate the 32k.
