Questions about the FS26 manual update

In the FS26 Datasheet, in version 4.1 and earlier, the system would continue to start only after the Lbist test passed. However, in the latest version 4.5, the system can start regardless of whether the Lbist test passes or fails. How should this be understood?

In the case of an LBIST failure, RSTB is released, but FS0B remains low and cannot be released.

就是说状态机还会往下走假如fail了，但是就是FS0B无法release到时候
