TEA1733 ic on when vcc startup voltage  is 20.6V , you can check from URL .

-My question is what is the output of the auxiliary voltage here ?

-Is vcc startup voltage of the IC same as flyback transformer auxiliary output ?or 24v is the   auxiliary output?

Hello, 

Vstartup (20.6 V) is the minimum voltage required for the IC to begin operation. The auxiliary winding must provide a voltage higher than Vstartup to ensure stable and continuous operation of the chip.
