Flomio was able to take our SLN-POS-RDR and develop their first EASyPOS prototype in 2 short months! What is an EASyPOS? EASyPOS is an item level point of sale. A light weight terminal that connects wirelessly to the payment network to securely process transactions and unlock from products for consumers to take. EASyPOS is the first of it’s kind and though placing a POS on every item may seem impractical, it offers several advantages. For one the device is able to monitor it’s location with a high degree of accuracy, guiding shoppers directly to the products they seek and consistently delivering positive purchase experiences. Also, inventory accuracy is all but guaranteed so omnichannel commerce and other popular retail trends are supported. Finally, EASyPOS has lights and sound alerts to enable smart filtering and encourage impulse buys.     How do I use it? Using the EASyPOS is —in fact— “easy”. This demo will provide three modes to show the CAPWAP offloading capability of QorIQ platform. mode Iis the core-through mode which can be implemented by the CAPWAP stack to send the CAPWAP stack packets; Mode II is the offloading-mode which demonstrates the CAPWAP Encapsulation/De-capsulation capability of the SoC, and can be used in the AC case; Mode III is the net-bridge mode which is the basic usage for EAP which bridge the packets from PCIE to SEC and FM for offloading CAPWAP manipulation, the bridge is zero-memory copy in order to get high performance data. Overview The Camera reference design is developed using the Kinetis KL28Z through the standalone peripheral module FlexIO. The Kinetis KL28Z board is powered by an Arm® Cortex®-M0, providing up to 96 MHz CPU performance besides supporting ultra-low power. Kinetis KL28Z's FlexIO module is used to emulate camera interface and capture the image data. A TFT LCD module with SPI interface is used to display the real-time images. DMA is used to copy the image data from FlexIO to SRAM. DAM or polling method is used to copy the image data from SRAM to SPI TX FIFO, having up to 15fps sample rate. Features Features the Kinetis KL2828Z512 Board, enabling the interaction between a camera module by FlexIO, a highly configurable module capable of emulating a wide range of different communication protocols. The important feature of this peripheral is that it enables the user to build their own peripheral directly in the MCU. Combined and powered by NXP technology, these key elements make possible to capture video from the Camera and display it live in the LCD Panel. Description Faced with limited resources and booming demand, the energy industry seeks greater efficiencies within complex energy management and distribution processes, all while providing the best consumer experience. To achieve better service and smarter, streamlined processes, energy providers require reliable, real-time access to data.
