We are using i.MX8 DualXPlus processor based board connecting to MRAM(M30162040108X0IWAY) via Quad SPI communication. when we try to refer to i.MX8 DualXPlus processor reference manual(IMX8DQXPRM) to find information about the access sequence for MRAM, found that the information provided only for the NOR flash device(18.2.5.3 Application on Serial NOR Flash device).
With that Flash memory device sequence we are able to establish communication with the MRAM by reading and writing data to it, but we are not very sure that is the correct approach, because there's no dedicated access sequence information provided for MRAM devices in i.MX8 processor reference manual.
Anyone please confirm.
