ROM bootloader changed to CPU rev 1.3 ?

Hi

We use the imx6sx process with raw NAND Flash. Everything works fine with processor rev 1.2.

Now we produced some modules with CPU rev 1.3. And the CPU dosn't boot form NAND it goes directly in USB boot mode. I can download u-boot over USB (mfg tool) and then it is able to boot the Linux. But the ROM bootloader doesn't work.

I was not able to find out what chaned to rev 1.3 ... wtf..

What should I do?
