Three-Part How-To Series /VOLUME 2 |
COMPLETE VOLUME 2 NOW AVAILABLE ON DEMAND!
Session 1/3 = Introducing the LIN communication blocks of the NXP MBDT
@constantinrazva will address the LIN basics and how it works. He will also show how to program hardware for LIN communication using a few blocks and demonstrate how to apply the NXP MBDT on an S32K1xx microcontroller.
Session 2/3 = Get to know PiL Validation and Verification with the NXP MBDT
@Daniel_Popa will show how to replace any generic Controller Subsystem with a PiL block. We aim to have the controller code running on the NXP S32K144EVB board for helping you identify if the embedded microcontroller board can run the developed Controller Subsystem logic. Daniel will also cover how to rectify the model using additional simulation modes like SiL or MiL if there are glitches.
Session 3/3 = Introducing LPTMR and LPIT timer blocks from NXP MBDT
@Irina_Costachescu will cover the basics of the Low Power Timer (LPTMR) and the Low Power Interrupt Timer (LPIT). We will show how to use those NXP MBDT block set to create your timing and scheduling applications on the S32K1xx EVB.
Your software development processes can speed up by using the free-of-charge NXP Model-Based Design Toolboxes for MATLAB and Simulink development environments, providing full integration, an out-of-the-box configuration, and action blocks for basic/advanced features for designing complex automotive solutions.
