I could recommend to see following example codes, it shows simple non-SSD flash programming codes:

Example MPC5643L Flash_program_simple CW210 

Example MPC5675K Data_flash_program_simple CW210 

Better solution is to use SSD driver, example codes you may then find in installation package:
