i.MX 8M Support for CBT (Command Bus Training)

Hello,

other i.MX 8/8X does support CBT (Command Bus Training) i.MX 8/8X Family DDR Tools Release, Details see MX8QM_B0_LPDDR4_RPA_1.6GHz_v20.xlsx.

Question: Is there an Option to perform CBT on a i.MX 8M ?

Hi Daniel

i.MX8M has different PHY version and CBT is performed automatically by the DDR PHY

during DRAM initialization. For i.MX8 training is performed as part of initialization script.
