It is described in attached document, procedure for its obtaining

in Release Notes sect.6 Extended Feature Packages

 The following is Summary Page link to download Android software from NXP Web :

Android OS for i.MX Applications Processors|NXP 

2.

  NXP is offering additional packages to extend Android core functionality.
These packages will be available to approved customers and will not be generally
available on NXP.com.

There are two packages available:

  Extended Multimedia Feature Package

  Wi-Fi Display Sink Feature Package

The source code package will be provided “as-is” with no support and will be

made available to approved customers via an extranet site.

The customer will have options to purchase support or customization services

from NXP.
