Which RPA version to use for i.MX 8QXP-C0 rev. using SCFW version 1.9.0 for MT53D1024M32D4DT ?

Hi,
I am worrking on a custom hardware having i.mx8qxp-c0 revision cpu.

I am using LF5.10.35_2.0.0 from here.

As per this guide i have downloaded scfw-kit-1.9.0.

I have used MT53D1024M32D4DT-053 AAT:D LPDDR4 micro.

I have been through the link provided.

My query is which RPA tool will be aligned with scfw-kit-1.9.0. and LF5.10.35_2.0.0 ?

Also I am not able to find LPDDR's parameters(Density per channel , total DRAM density, total number of CS used etc.) or datasheet from micron technology, so how do i proceed ?

Any help would be appreciated.

The suggested link has versions 15,16,21 available(image attached), will version 16 be good to go with?

yes for i.MX8QXP LPDDR4 it is v.16.
