Silicon Revision on iMX8QXP Dev Kit

I would like to know what is the Silicon Revision on my iMX8QXP Dev Kit.

I have the following stickers on the back of my dev kit:

S/N VV 19420385

SCH-29683 REV C2

700-29683 REV C2

TDA 7239

Hello,

You may try 2 ways to identify the silicon revision for the chip:

• Use "misc_get_control" with "SC_R_SYSTEM" and "SC_C_ID" to get the REV info.
• Check the last letter of the part number, which indicates the silicon reversion.

In your case it may be easier to identify using the second method, simx8qx6avlf1bb -> B0 chip
