There is no dedicated "minimal" schematic available for the i.MX RT1062 processor. However, it can easily be defined.

The minimum operating environment requires the power supply as shown on the Sheet 4 of the schematic above, at least one of possible boot media devices out of shown on the Sheet 11, boot configuration resistor network as shown on the Sheet 16 and the USB OTG port to program the device in the Serial Downloader mode as shown on the Sheet 7.
