H.264 encode bit rate.

Hi community.

Our customer has two questions.

1, By IMX6SDLRM.PDF description to encode in H.264 CBP Bitrat comes to 14 Mbit/s 1080 p ,

Please tell me the compression rate and Bitrate of the case of 720p.

2,Would it be possible to change dynamically  encode H.264 CBP in the Bitrate?

This is because i want to dynamically change depending on network conditions.

1. bitrate for 720p case is the same as shown on presentation slide 5

2. yes bitrate can be changed, this is described in attached VPU API
