Is the DDR Stress Tester able to be available on the i.MX6Q without any boot program installed?
We are now facing a problem of DDR reset from i.MX6 being never deassetred after power-on, and
so the DDR stress Tester fails in executing DDR Calibration.

Shoji

Hi Shoji
from i.MX6DQ Datasheet (rev.4, 7/2015) Table 6. Operating Ranges :
This supply also powers the pre-drivers of the DDR I/O pins; therefore,
it must always be provided, even when LVDS is not used.

Hi Shoji
one can use jtag version

also pin DRAM_RESET after power-up is low according to Table 100. 21 x 21
mm Functional Contact Assignments (continued) i.MX6DQ Datasheet (rev.4, 7/2015)

Hi igor,
Thank you for your reply.
I found that a power line NVCC_LVDS_2P5 is left open on our board.
Could you tell me whether accessing to the DDR3 is possible in that case?

Shoji
