Hello,

unfortunately the FIT rate were not evaluated on those devices. Do you have a way to evaluate on your side if we provide to you the range of transistor count of those devices ?

let us know,

best regards,

Hello,

you can find for MC33775A in NXP DocStore website the Safety analysis report with FMEDA HW architectural metrics results "Rp698910 - Safety Analysis Report MC33775A (1.0)"

However, the MC33664, MC33879, TJA1042 are QM (Quality Managed) Auto AECQ100 products for which we don't produce a FMEDA as they are not developed according to ISO26262.

Hoping it helps you,

thank you

Best regards,

Valerie Bernon

Answer to Q2:

A2: The FIT is calculated as illustrated in ISO 26262 documentation, chapter 11 (ISO 26262-11:2018(E)) Section "4.6.2 Permanent base failure rate calculation methods"

Hope it helps.

Regards,

NaveenM
