S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture v2.1 Update 14 could not be installed Error

Hello,

I'm trying to install the S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture v2.1 Update 14. I followed the instructions in https://community.nxp.com/t5/S32-Design-Studio-Knowledge-Base/S32-Design-Studio-for-Power-Architectu... from @mikedoidge.

I tried both Online and Offline Update in S32DS Extensions and Updates. None of them works.

In both cases when I select Update with S32 SDK 1.0.0 RTM for S32R294 for Power Architecture version 2.1.14 and click Install/Update, I get a new window showing "Cannot perform operation. Computing alternative solutions"

The error log shows "From: S32R294 development package 1.0.0.202011241025 (com.nxp.s32ds.s32r294.dev.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.202011241025). Software being installed: S32R294 development package 1.0.0.202011241025 (com.nxp.s32ds.s32r294.dev.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.202011241025)."

I tried Update 13 and it was installed without problems, but update 14 just doesn't work.

Solved my issue by using the option to Install New Software instead of the S32DS Extensions and Updates interface. It's a bug to solve though.
