Project paths broken after update?

Hey folks, after I downloaded the most recent updates this morning, S32 design studio is throwing out *loads*of errors from parameters that should be in the middleware. There are two warnings showing that two paths are invalid:

Description	Resource	Path	Location	Type
Invalid project path: Include path not found (\middleware\sbc\include).	[project]		pathentry	Path Entry Problem
Invalid project path: Missing project folder or file: \[project]\S32K144_SDK_gcc for Source path.	[project]		pathentry	Path Entry Problem

I've replaced the project title to "[project]" to keep our IP out of the public domain, but someone point me to how to fix these paths in the compiler settings?

Can you go to Project Properties -> Resource -> Linked resource and provide me screenshots with the Path Variables and Linked Resources tabs?
