VR5510 Bandgap voltage specification

In an application with functional safety requirements, we need an independent reference voltage for periodically testing the ADC of the CPU.

Now there is the idea to measure one bandgap voltage of the VR5510 PMIC via the AMUX pin for reference. Unfortunately the bandgap voltage specifications are missing in the datasheet.

Is there a document with the missing specifications (voltage and accuracy of Bandgap Main and Bandgap Fail-safe)?

Maybe this information is not available to the public - I got an answer within 24h after opening a support ticket (I have an active NDA).
