Hi,

I read the BIST Register after power-on reset, the result is 0x0, it means all the 4 bits of BIST reault are NOTOK. But after a 8ms delay, I read this register again, it returns 0xD, it means ABIST2_VAUX is NOTOK, and other bits such as LBIST, ABIST1, ABIST2_FS1B are Normal. Why does it need a delay, what's the possible reason about it?

Hi Jamber,

the 8ms is actually quite short delay time. According to the datasheet, the Reset delay time after a power on reset is typically 16.5ms, minimally 12.5ms. Please refer to the Table 6. in the datasheet attached.
