It is better when you will create a new request for the questions which are not related to this case.

However, you can look at the AN2708 - An Introduction to the External Bus Interface on the HCS12X

The purpose of the external bus interface is the expansion of internal bus to enable connection of external memories/peripherals.

Sorry I am late with replying.

I am using MC9S12X256, and code warrior version 5.1. I want to use some ADCs of this micro-controller to acquire some voltages and want to set output accordingly. I am studying Timers and interrupts, and also memory accessing. If you can help me on this, I will be very thankful.
