NTAG 424 DNA Change NDEF File Settings problem

I successfully modified the file settings according to the AN12196.pdf document, but an error occurred when I wanted to customize the CmdData.

The following is my CmdData:

I want to modify it to look like the picture below. What should CmdData be?

I have solved the problem

the CmdData should be 40 00 E0 D1 F1 21 1F 00 00 44 00 00 44 00 00 40 00 00 8A 00 00 80 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

the padding should be 80 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 instead of 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80 80
