Dear engineer:

I do not have a demo board ,which integrated with OpenSDA .

I konw how to debug the *.elf file in S32DS, but I want to know can I use PE MULTILINK UNIVERSAL or Jlink to download the program to my target MCU(S32K or MPC7544P) in MATLAB ?

Hi yyang‌,

We are currently not supporting the programming of the controller using PE MULTILINK UNIVERSAL or J Link directly from Matlab. You can flash it either using the S32DS or from Matlab or you can try downloading it using the Serial port for that you need to  flash the bootloader(from {MBDT path}/mbdtbx_S32K\tools\BootLoader\RBF_Files) before.
