Error installing MQX Eclipse plugin

Hi,

i'm trying to install the MQX Eclipse plugin 4.0.2 for the DS-5 Vybrid Tower System Starter Kit Version 5.22.0 under Ubuntu 14.04 running in a virtual machine. During the installation process I get the error message you can see on the attached image.

Do I have the rigth plugin version? What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi Alejandro and Richard,

thanks for your help. Installing the plugin from the community in a clean install of DS-5 helped me solving this problem. Seems like everything works fine now.

Alejandro you could close the service request now as the solution solved the problem.

We do not maintain that plugin anymore, but out engineer in the MQX team checked it anyway.

Here's his findings:

I’ve tried to install version of “MQX support” plug-in from this thread (https://community.freescale.com/thread/323233) into clean install of ARM DS-5 v5.22.0 (build: 5220021) under Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows7 without any problem and plug-ins works fine.

I would suggest to try install of plug-in again in clean DS-5 because “No repository found containing” problem makes no sense when all mentioned missing plug-ins are bundled in “MQX support.zip” file (which is in fact Eclipse update site containing these plug-ins).

Have you checked this?

MQX4.1/tools/ds-5/ds5_update_site.zip updated and new name "MQX Support.zip"

MQX Plug-in not compatible with DS-5.18

Please try that plug-in and let me know how it goes.
