MCXA EVB cannot use linkserver to flash suddenly

I use vscode to flash, and the ouput as below picture. How can I solve?

Thanks for your question.

Was it working properly before? If yes, How about entering ISP mode, then  erase full flash. 

If still can't work, please take a video or screenshots show your detail steps.

The problen is solved. I've ran below script and it can be flash with Segger setting.
