MKL25Z: VrefH input current?

Hello,

What's the input current drawn by the VREFH pin on the MKL25Z128 processor?  I can find total current draw of the ADC, but cannot find the input current of the reference pin in the datasheet. We're using a shunt reference, so this is an important number.

The power consumption of the VrefH input ha snot been characterized apart from the whole ADC module however the figure is taken into consideration to obtain the ADC module power consumption.
