1. There no way to read the maskset directly, however by reading the device revision numbers (REVID), we provide corresponding maskset by below Engineering Bulleting EB782:

2. The part revision number (PRN), which is a copy of the SIM_SDID[REVID], may change for a mask revision, the EB782 had list it clearly.
The part identification number (PIN) is vary depending on the Kinetis family identification SIM_SDID[FAMID] and pin count identifications SIM_SDID[PINID] fields. This had been listed in the K61 RM as below:
