Debug external MKV10Z16VLC7 target with FRDM-KV11Z

Hello,

1. Can FRDM-KV11Z board be used to debug MKV10Z16VLC7 based external target board.

2. What steps we need to follow. We are not able to conclude this from the information given in User Guide of FRDM-        KV11Z.

3. Any pointers for this will be most appreciated,

Hello, Vijay

Here is a nice tutorial from MCU on eclipse that may help you. The KL43 is used as debugger

but the process must work on other FRDM boards.

You will need to modify certain pins related to SDA interface on the board, details are contained in the tutorial.

On the other hand, have you checked out the LPC Link 2 debugger and programmer?

 I recommend you for the long term this handfull external debugger.
