KV11 support

We are interested in using the KV11, but it appears in KDS 3.2 that it only supports KV10.  While the two are similar and we could alter things to support KV11, are there plans to add KV11 to make a basic project without Processor Expert or KSDK?

Hi David,

Besides Alice, User can use kds3.2+ksdk1.3 processor expert also.

The KSDK 1.3 mainline release contain the support of the KV11. See the following link:

and navigate to the Kinetis SDK 1.3 Mainline download link:

To work with KV11+processor expert, we need:

1. install KDS3.2

2. install KSDK1.3 mainline.

3. Do update from KDS IDE menu "help", "check for update".

then you will see KV11 and processor expert available. see attached video.

You can download the KSDK2.0 for MKV11   "SDK_2.0_MKV11Z128xxx7",

the detail steps for download please refer to :How to: install KSDK 2.0 

If you don't want to use the KDSDK drivers , you can select "Empty " when create proect :
