The customer is complaimed that the gaid line of camera is not continuous.

The camera pathway is: CVBS--->Tcon IC--->BT656-4 output--->i.MX6 IPU block.

Now original setting of CSI is blow. This setting that the gaid line of camera is not continuous.

IPU2_CSI1_CCIR_CODE_1:0x000D07DF

IPU2_CSI1_CCIR_CODE_2:0x00040596

Then change the setting of CSI , the gaid line will be continuous.

IPU2_CSI1_CCIR_CODE_2:0x00040584

The detail of this problem is discribed in the file of "i.MX6_CSI setting_Camera GaidLine is not continuous.xlsx".

We want to know the operating principle of this change.

Hello Xiaoyin,

I consulted i.MX expert on this question. See his reply:

------------------------

Customer should not change the CCIR_CODE_1 and CCIR_CODE_2 setting if the input is standard BT656.

Customer can check the IPU_CSI_OUT_FRM_CTRL register setting, CSI_VSC = 2 or 3, it will get different result in memory.

------------------------

Hope the answer can help you !

BR,
