How to flash(internal) 1064 using mfg tool

Hi,

      If we use JTAG how to implement secure boot using internal flash ?

      How to flash dual image 1064 internal flash ?

      How can we use mfg tool flashing internal flash ?

2.      How to flash dual image 1064 internal flash ?

Answer: I don't fully understand your questions, as I know, RT1064 just have one internal flash. What do you mean the dual image? Just put in the different range? If yes, then I think you can merge two image together in one image file, then download it.

3.      How can we use mfg tool flashing internal flash ?

    We are new to imxrt crossover family.

    2) Dual image means dual binary file flashing at same time one is primary and another one is factory restore.

    3) How to enable boot from QSPI Flash - this document related to external spi flash but i am asking flashing internal flash using mfg tool ?

Hi Vasudhevan G,

  Good question!

  About the boot from QSPI flash, if you check more details about RT1064 internal flash, you will find the RT1064 internal flash is just one winbond W25Q32JV chip put in the RT1064 chip, so the external flexSPI flash operation is totally the same as your internal flash.

Hi Vasudhevan G,

   You need to enter the serial download mode at first, then use the following UART pins to connect your RT chip and donwload it.

About the download,  I suggest you use our MCUBootUtility tool to download it, it's very easy to use:
