imx6ull secure-boot enabling

Hi, 

I have enabled secure-boot option in defconfig of u-boot, signed image with appropriate certificates. Now, i am trying to flash the image on board using mfgtool. After flashing the image, when i check the hab_status, i am getting hab events.

Now when i flash the same signed image using "imx_usb_loader" like mentioned here "https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-94117 ", i am not getting any hab events in  'Serial Download Mode'. My signed u-boot image works properly in 'Serial Download Mode' but agains gives hab events when i switch the mode.

I am suspecting problem with my "ucl.xml" file in mfgtool. I am attaching the "ucl.xml" file here.
