Secure Boot and HAB document for i.MX6ULL

I want to enable secure boot in i.MX6ULL custom board. Is there any document explaining steps to be followed to enable secure boot and HAB in i.MX6ULL. Updated documentation in Secure boot in i.MX6ULL will be really helpful.
