imx6sl ddr3 failed(yocto)

Hi All,

We got a board with DDR3, we used the spreadsheet for

i.MX6 sololite for generating a DCD table. (imximage.cfg)

Pass the DDR Stress test.
But download failed with the mfgtools. (stop the "Jumping to OS image.)

Detail Info

DDR3 : Samsung KB1G1646G-BCK0

spreadsheet : MX6SL_MMDC_DDR3_register_programming_aid_v0[1].4.xlsx

Build uboot: yocto (u-boot-imx 2013.04-r0)

Hi Induk

for new board I would suggest to use more mature

and well documented product ltib/mfg tool on link below

L3.0.35_4.1.0_ER_SOURCE_BSP :

When board will boot OK with these packages I would recommend

go to yocto.

For new board you should rebuid MFG Tool firmware

(initramfs.cpio.gz.uboot) with new DDR settings.
