Decoupling Capacitors and Series Inductor for Supply voltages of i.MX6 Processor - Hardware

Hi,

In our development project we are using the i.MX6 Quad Processor. We are developing the Schematic by using the i.MX6 Processor.

What values of decoupling capacitors are required for differnet core voltages and what is the series value of Inductor required for core supplies.

Kindly provide the supporting documents.
