iMX8QM DDR Stress Test Issue

Hi,

We are working on i.MX8QM custom board with 8GB LPDDR4 supported DDR.

We used latest DDR stress tool(ER14) and RPA tool (v19 and v20) from the below NXP site.

i.MX 8/8X Family DDR Tools Release  

But is hanging in the middle of the 8GB LPDDR4 stress test. The same is working fine for old RPA tool(v17) with old Stress tool(ER8). Is there any latest RPA tool for LPDDR4 supported iMX8QM board?

please look at i.MX 8/8X Family DDR Tools Release

one can look at latest RPA tool, Tab "Revision History" for chnages since v17.

one can try to tweak drive strength/odt settings (details were sent via mail).
