i.MX7D based Custom Board with LPDDR2

we are working on an i.MX7D based Custom Board with LPDDR2 Memory

(PoP Package soldered on PCB)

Organisation:  4Gb, 128Mx32 , 1xDie, 1xRank, 1xChannel, 533 MHz

The design is now already in the layout state.

Is there any Script aid  or other information out to program the memory parameters?
