de-interlance for yocto linux 5.10.9

Here is my environment

HW platform: imx8-qm, tw9992

OS: Yocto Linux 5.10.9

I try to post de-interlance mode in yocto linux 5.10.9, but the V4L2 data structure is different with  below reference article

Do you have newer de-interlance patch for yocto linux 5.10.9 ?

L5.4.70 reference patch had been added:
