OCOTP Memory Map/Register Definition

I have questions about the chapter "6.3.5 OCOTP Memory Map/Register Definition" (page 1387) in the IMX8M owner manual (IMX8MDQLQRM, Rev. 0, 01/2018).  I am not sure, but I have found are some errors in the Bank/Word assignment of some OCOTP fuse:

About Field Return

3035_0630 Value of OTP Bank5 Word6 (Field Return)

(Question) It think it should be

3035_0630 Value of OTP Bank8 Word3 (Field Return)

From OCOTP Address  3035_0820

all Bank and Word have the same value

Value of OTP Bank16 Word0 (or)

Value of OTP Bank17 Word0

(Question) I think this is a bug of the manual.

So, is there an official IMX8M document that contains the correct Bank/Word value for the OCOTP memory map? Is there a new version of IMX8M owner manual with corrected OCOTP memory map?
